1. Website Purpose and Limitation of Offerings

This digital platform operates strictly as an informational and lead-generation portal for SBIT Travels. All materials, data, and content promulgated on this website (including, but not limited to, all packages, itineraries, media, inclusions, and pricing matrices) are provided for illustrative purposes only and are subject to real-time availability, dynamic pricing adjustments, and continuous modification without prior formal notice.

Under no circumstances shall the submission of an inquiry form, or the initiation of a conversation via WhatsApp or any affiliated communication channel, be construed as a legally binding contract, a firm offer, or a confirmed reservation. A legally enforceable booking is solely established upon the issuance of an official invoice by SBIT Travels, the explicit acceptance thereof by the customer, and the complete satisfaction of all stipulated offline payment terms and conditions.

2. Limitation of Intermediary Liability

SBIT Travels functions exclusively in the capacity of an intermediary agent between the customer and third-party service providers (including, but not limited to, airlines, hospitality establishments, local transport operators, excursion providers, and independent tour guides). Consequently, SBIT Travels expressly disclaims all liability for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from or consequential to the actions, omissions, defaults, or negligence of such independent third-party entities.

3. Cancellations, Modifications, and Force Majeure

In the event of a cancellation or material alteration of any package or group tour (including, but not limited to, cancellations instigated by the customer, third-party operators, or overriding circumstances), the specific refund and cancellation policies delineated within the official booking invoice shall govern exclusively.

Furthermore, SBIT Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries without prior notice in response to unforeseeable "Force Majeure" events (including, but not limited to, extreme meteorological conditions, natural disasters, political instability, civil unrest, labour strikes, aviation schedule disruptions, or global health emergencies). SBIT Travels disclaims any, and all liability for incidental disruptions, consequential damages, or financial losses thereby incurred.

4. No-Shows and/or Abandonment of Itinerary

SBIT Travels unequivocally reserves the right to withhold any refunds, credits, or alternative compensation in circumstances arising directly or indirectly from the customer's actions, negligence, or omissions, including, but not limited to:

• Failure to appear (no-shows) at designated departure or assembly points (e.g., airports, hotels, scheduled pickup locations).
• Cancellations effectuated without the requisite prior notice as mandated by the applicable booking agreement.
• The voluntary or involuntary abandonment of a tour midway, rendering the trip incomplete.
• Premature interruption of travel resulting from sudden health conditions, personal exigencies, or an insufficiency of physical fitness to fulfil the itinerary requirements.

5. Document Verification and Statutory Prerequisites

It is the unconditional and sole responsibility of the traveller to procure and maintain all requisite travel documentation prior to the commencement of any journey. SBIT Travels accepts no legal, financial, or equitable liability for denied boarding, entry refusals, deportation, or any other trip disruptions arising from invalid, expired, or missing documentation, including, but not limited to:

• Valid passports (mandating a minimum of six months' validity beyond the anticipated date of return).
• Appropriate entry visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations.
• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance policies covering the entirety of the voyage.
• Statutory health declarations verified vaccination certificates, or medical clearances as required by relevant authorities.

6. Express Consent to Communications

By engaging with our WhatsApp integrations or submitting any electronic inquiry form, you hereby grant express consent to be contacted by duly authorized representatives of SBIT Travels via telephone, electronic mail, or WhatsApp. Such communications shall be strictly confined to the facilitation of your travel requests, the provision of relevant commercial quotations, and necessary administrative follow-ups pertinent to your inquiry.

7. Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any, and all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms, or the provision of services by SBIT Travels, shall be subject to the exclusive and irrevocable jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals situated in Bengaluru, Mysuru, or the specific territorial jurisdiction wherein the cause of action arises.
